What is the full install sequence?
On Android, the process is the same on most phones:
- Open okzz.org in your browser and tap Download APP.
- Wait for the download to finish completely.
- Open the file from notifications or the Downloads folder.
- Allow installs from your browser when prompted.
- Tap Install, then Open.
- Log in with your OKZZ username and password.
- Turn off the unknown-sources permission in Settings.
What does a parsing error during install mean?
This usually means the file is incomplete or damaged. Fixes, in order:
- Delete the downloaded file.
- Switch to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- Download again from okzz.org and wait until it reaches 100%.
- If it still fails, your Android version may be too old; use the mobile site instead.
What if it says App not installed?
An older OKZZ app may already be on the phone with a different signature. Uninstall the old version first, then install the new file. Also check storage: free up space if your phone is nearly full.
Tip: uninstalling the app does not delete your account or balance. Those are stored by OKZZ, not on your phone.
The app installs but will not open. Now what?
Try these steps:
- Restart the phone.
- Clear the app's cache in Settings, Apps, OKZZ, Storage.
- Check that your date and time are set automatically.
- Switch off any VPN or data saver and try again.
- Reinstall from the official site.

No. Your balance, bonuses and history are stored in your OKZZ account, not on the phone. After reinstalling, log in and everything should be there.
