Need to get into your OKZZ account? The short answer: open okzz.org, tap the login button, and enter the username and password you created. This page explains that in a bit more detail and then lists the fixes for the problems people run into most. We are the official OKZZ partner site, so there is no login box here. Your details only ever go into the OKZZ site or app.
Where do I log in?
Use the official address, okzz.org. When we checked on 5 November 2026, okzz.love served the same site, and okzz.com forwarded visitors to the current address. The login button sits at the top of the page. The interface was in Bengali, so look for the button by position rather than the English word.
If you installed the app, the login screen appears when the app opens. The same username and password work on the app and the website, because both connect to one account.
Tip: type the address yourself the first time, then bookmark it. That one habit protects you from most fake login pages.
Why won't my password work?
Work through these fixes in order. Most people are back in by step three.
- Check caps lock and the keyboard language. A Bengali keyboard layout will change what you type.
- Retype the password instead of using the browser's saved one; saved passwords go stale after a change.
- Confirm the username. Many people mix up their username and their phone number.
- Clear the browser cache or try another browser.
- Make sure you are on okzz.org or okzz.love, not a look-alike.
- If it still fails, use the password reset option or contact OKZZ support.
What if I forgot my password or username?
Look for a forgot-password link on the OKZZ login screen. Resets are normally confirmed through the mobile number or other contact detail on your account, which is one reason to register with a number you keep.

We cannot reset passwords or unlock accounts. Only OKZZ can, through its own help channels on the site.
Are mirror links safe to use?
Only use the addresses we list: okzz.org and okzz.love. Domains such as okzzcom.net, okzzbet.co and okzz-taka.com are not the brand, and we never link them. A real mirror shows your same account and balance after you log in; a fake one usually asks for a deposit or a code before anything else.
Tip: if a page asks for your bKash PIN or a one-time code, stop. A casino login never needs your wallet PIN.
How do I keep my account secure?
Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and do not share it with friends or agents. Log out on shared phones. If you see activity you do not recognize, change your password and contact OKZZ support straight away.

Someone asked for my OTP. Should I share it?
No. Never share a one-time code, your password or your wallet PIN with anyone, including people who say they are OKZZ staff. Real support does not need them. If you already shared one, change your password and contact OKZZ support straight away.
